Newbies or Experienced?

BPO industry is booming in our country so manpower is really needed. Ads and postings are everywhere. Job caravans here and there. However, call center agents are also hoping from one center to another . So , companies don't get to have loyal workers that stays for a longer time and it will affect the performance of the company. So, companies fresh graduates or even under-grads that doesn't have experience in the industry so it will take a long time, money for the company for the new agent to produce good results and numbers of the job which is not good on the business side. If you are to come up with your own company, would you hire someone that doesn't have an experience yet and wait for him to come up with good output or hire experienced people that will produce good results but will just stay in a short time and will look for another company that will pay him better?

I think without experience for me. Why? Because for sure they will stay at least.

Why do they hop from one company to another? Don’t they have lucrative compensation package?

There is no scope for promotion in that. You need to work extremely hard and its not in your hands .It depends on luck too. You need to be extremely soft with customer and should accept their scolding..
