I feel God is helping me

I remember my episodes where I like having a nervous breakdown. The first in February 2015, second in November 2016, third in April 2017 and now February 2018. I'm able to recover but yearly I got very hard days I remember. I'm having attack as of today and last night I didn't get to sleep again. This morning I feel God is like telling me to remember how he helps me since my sickness happen in 2015 and that not all months of the year I feel terrible. I feel a thought in my mind gives me peace knowing that God is just near me and he knows my situation and he is the one who can help me. What moments you feel God is really near and concern about your life? I was reminded of Philippians 4:6-7
