My Walmart trials and tribulations

This is really getting old. I changed a setting on my phone, hoping that would make the Savings Catcher Egift card work when I checked out today. Of course it didn't. Another manager tried to figure out what was wrong. He was wrong. If I'm not ever going to be able to get the savings from the difference I paid at Walmart and what the price was at another grocery store, guess what. I'm shopping at the other grocery store. And I'll probably buy the rest of my groceries there too. In the wider view of life, this is a little tiny ant that was the runt of the litter and can't even follow the other ants. But right now, it's a mighty big aggravation. Oh well, I'm looking forward to seeing our kids in Charleston this weekend to celebrate our daughter's birthday. She's a Leap Year baby, so this weekend works better for everyone. Hope all of you have an absolutely wonderful weekend. Do you have any special plans? Guess I'd better get packing. (Ha, ha, clothes, that is.)
