I Swear I Was In A Good Mood

I slept fairly well. Brooklyn made me laugh as I woke. up. She is lucky I slept well. Some days I just want to wring her neck. Her running back and forth this morning and jumping in my bed pretending to say she wants to nap with me. Really what she wants to do is get me up because she wants to play. As I almost fall back asleep she will pretend to hear something that needs her alarming bark. I call that her fake alarm bark. She saw that I was falling asleep and this was her last ditch effort to get me up and play with her. I am on to your game Brooklyn, but you won this round. After Brooklyn made me get up, sister offered to make breakfast and brother made coffee. A great start to do the day. Then decided to help out corporate America by critiquing one of their new ad campaigns. It just ended taking away my good mood away for some reason. All this false rah rah stuff. Sure in theory it is good and what you want to hear, but get so tired of the fake "are you a doer?" If you are a doer, then you will love us. We do and do and you should do and do and the world will live happily ever after. What they made it seem like anyway. There was just a false motivation to it. You know how it is. You have to do something, but you really hate that you have to do it. In order to get yourself to do it, you give yourself this motivated pep talk to get yourself energized. Even though, deep down you do not believe a damn word you are telling yourself. It works sometimes. Today maybe just did not have all the energy for that nonsense, or maybe I was really in a piss poor mood all along. Here is how I get my motivation naturally. Had to, because for some reason corporate America just zaps my energy out of me. This here though, puts me back on par to how I felt when I woke up.
