Chicken chimichanga for dinner

This was one of the specials at our hangout tonight. There was also a blue cheese crusted filet mignon that sounded good but they always have filet on the menu so I had to go with the chimichanga.
It was soooo good and the salsa underneath was pretty hot. I had to ask for extra sour cream to help tame the heat. The executive chef (a friend) came out to tell me that the salsa was the sous chef’s fault. Apparently he used a whole can of chipotle chiles (smoked jalapeños) when he made it. The sous chef is also a very picky eater and he never tastes what he cooks so he has been notorious lately for sending out some really ridiculous stuff out.
Still the salsa didn’t ruin the dish. The sour cream did the trick and I really enjoyed my chimichanga for dinner.
