I Can't Believe It's Finished!

Wow.That was a lot of work, but i'm happy with how it turned out. I had a custom request for a Raggedy Andy inspired doll. I started Feb 13th and just finished it. This is what i came up with. I used bits of different patterns, and even made up my own on different parts. I free-handed the face. Honestly, i would rather crochet things that don't require so much detail, but still don't mind doing something different every once in a while. Do you have a detailed project you've made?

He is so cute!! I love the sailor cap he is wearing. I have made a few crocheted rabbits so they had the arms and legs and long ears.

There is no detailed project that I have made yet. The image of Raggedy Ann looks great.

It looks very authentic! You have beautiful and steady stitches. My stitches are uneven after a few rows it changes and gets bigger and looser. I like making things with my knitting needle. I've not have time for knitting or crocheting for a few years now. I liked relaxing creating things with knitting and crocheting, but got no time these days. Beautiful piece you've created!

@Debscrochet You know, this makes me feel so much better. My Mom and Grandmother had steady stitches, but only I didn't have steady stitches. They both are gone now, but it always annoyed me that I hadn't had steady stitches, though I tried and tried. Now I got into computers about a decade ago and I just don't have time for my crafts, yet. What a relief it is to know about stitches...thanks I feel a lot better now!
