This proves I am bored

Deep down I must be bored. Otherwise I would not have done it. I talked my dearest and sweetest hubby into putting an offer on a little Oregon place. I sure did. Somebody needs to whack me with a wet noodle. Seen via the computer. Why would I do this??? Cause the teeny ranch house sits on half an acre. Half a flat acre. Not one of those ratty 5 to 7 thousand square foot places. No. Half a flat ready to be played with acre. Due to the place being on the cusp of cheap even though its a teeny Ranch house, there are multiple offers. Hubby finally caved and raised our bid a teeny bit so with our big down payment, maybe that will help. We for sure are not home less. So its just me being a crazy person. We will know tomorrow whether somebody else gets the place. The loan guy wrote a note to the decider woman, advocating for us. I am NOT biting my nails. No I am NOT.

OMG, you didn't??? Well, did you at least ask if they have all the utilities already hooked up? Does it have a fence? Ok ok, I know, it's none of my bidness ...... I'm just worried about Saia.

If you do find yourself moving maybe it would be kinder to put her to sleep @sallypup no one else would be as loving and understanding of her as you are.

@rebelann Thanks. I am grateful that decision is down the road. I think there is something squishy on her chest- maybe a tumor? I sure hope not. She looks very and I mean very healthy otherwise. To find out if I am wrong I would have to bring her to the Vet and tell them straight out that they would need a good dose of laughing gas if they were to examine her. That doc has dealt with her before so he knows the ropes. I try gently to pick her up and with her attitude, I can't get a gauge on whether its pain that causes her outrage or her brain cells.

@rebelann I did. Its a pristine place. Just pretty and ready for me to mess it up. I hear you about Saia. Even if we get the place, it will be around 3.5 years before we move. Saia dear cat is autistic. I know, I know- we don't "put autistic kids to sleep." Gads that came out ugly. Maybe we can talk the folks that buy or rent our present place into also taking in a brain goofed cat. You are my bidness. Never fear on that one.

Oh, you went with that place you found, I hope you hear something good about it. We were told that now a lot of people putting bids on houses are doing videos for the home owners telling them why they would want the house. My daughter in law got hers because of her video. Good luck, I can't wait to hear if you get it.

@cintol The real estate guy is talking about doing a little walk through video for me if our offer is accepted. The photos are so clean- a house ready to go, to be taken over and messed with!! I'm glad for your daughter in law.

@sallypup Ours did that for us too, we had looked at this house a while before we put the bid on it. She also came in and made sure they cleaned it before they left, I don't know what I would have done without her. Its great when you get a good realtor. Make sure you get an inspection done if you get it, our inspector called us after he was done, realtor here with him and did the notes over skype with us so we could see what things needed repairing. It was so nice how they all helped since we weren't able to travel for it all. Good luck

Let us know if you get it. Maybe you wanted it is why you asked him to bid on it.
