Why Do We Have More Thoughts While In Showers And Restroom. / myLot

I often wonder why so many thoughts wander in my head while in Shower or Restroom. Even my wife agrees that she also encounters such feelings. Do you have any idea why our thoughts go wild in these places. Image Credit:- Pixabay.

I think because we usually have our mind busy so we just focus on whatever it is we are busy with. So we are pretty much distracted doing and focusing on whatever it is we're doing that doesn't give us time to think peacefully. When we are in the shower of course, there's nothing that we're doing so we just start thinking about stuff lol. I don't know but that's what I think lol.

I should say you are right, there is nothing to do when we are in the shower and so our mind starts to wander in search of subjects to disturb us.
