E-ciggarettes? What do you think?

I used to be a heavy smoker and have been using an E-cigarette for almost 2 years. Everyone says they are just as bad? I don't think they are because they have no tar or cyanide in them like regular cigarettes. I am a little UN educated on what's really in e cigarette juice? Please educate me or tell me your experience or opinion. Thanks all for reading.

there's some school of thought they're worse because it's a liquid and will muck up your lungs faster.
i switched my mom to them when she became careless with the regular smokes,but i haven't noticed any real difference in her health tho.

I've never been a smoker, but my kids are, and my son-in-law uses e-cigs. I've heard they are bad for you, and can cause cancer as much as the real thing.
