Secret of getting along with people

There are some people who seem to be loved and known by everyone. They make me envious. I believe that in theory we all should be able to love everyone and get to know everyone. Here on mylot, it is such a convivial atmosphere that making friends is easy. But I don’t seem to be one of those who get along well with everyone in practice. We know we don’t speak the same language, share the same interests etc, but we love to come here to share together. Yet, it is difficult to make most people see the importance of this online community. They just don’t see things the way that we do. Sometimes, this is because they are closed off or have preconceived ideas about the way things should be and should be done. I have a goal: to get along with everybody. But I don’t seem to be able to attain it. I wish this was possible. I thought the anonymity of the online world would remove this flaw, but it hasn’t. What is the secret of getting along with people? What is the secret of those who genuinely get along with everybody? I mean people who are genuinely interested in people and not just faking it.
