Usually! How I love this word. How many people have you asked? Yes, we have an alarm clock. No, we don't have smartphones.

I would have gone with "a recent survey" or "a research from (name a prestigious school)" to make it sound more authoritative.

@josie_ Have you noticed how many members generalise and use 'everybody', 'always' or similar terms? They know a tiny part of the world and think that this is 'the' world.

I do not use a mobile phone and all people I know still use an Alarm Clock. I have an Alarm Clock, but I wake up without the need of it.

I don't use anything but if I had to get up really early and was worried about oversleeping I would use my smartphone or my fitness tracker which has an alarm.

I don't need a mechanical alarm clock. My circadian clock works just fine.

Honestly I don't need one anymore. My body just wakes up on its own.
