Working in the Mediterranean?

Hi there,
My name is Taya, I'm from Australia (English speaking only) and I'm trying to find work in the Mediterranean. Ideally hosting on a yacht or cruise ship would be good, but even as a Resort/Hotel conceirge, tour guide... anything people orientated would be great.
I have a lot more skills and experience but I really just want to explore that region and work for someone fantastic.
I'm open to any suggestions!

What kind of work do you do? (if you don't mind me asking). Does it pay well and do you enjoy it? Obviously you must if you're going back again!
