Foot Pain Plantar Fasciitis

I have been experiencing foot pain for over a year now. At least part of the problem appears to be plantar fasciitis - something I hadn't heard of before getting it and since then it seems everyone I talk to has it. The pain pretty much never goes away, moves around and makes it hard to get around not to mention sleep. I stretch, use ice and heat, wear a foot brace at night, rest it among other things and sometimes these sorts of things may help a little but overall not a great deal. Does anyone out there have it and if so, have you tried any remedies that have helped?

I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes help a lot. I still have some heal pain but it's not terrible. They are not strange to get used and Orthofeet serve their purpose well. I didn't have to put in any other arch support insole to help with my plantar fasciitis. I was impressed!!!

My husband has that as well, we finally went to the " The Good Feet Store", it was very expensive to get the inserts for his shoes and it worked ok, he still has pain but nothing like he had in the beginning. He stretches his feet and legs in the morning before he gets out of bed and that helps a little
