Fiesta in our town

In our country we are celebrating fiesta in different towns and it is really great. It is full of activities and food, many people from far away place visited the town and joined the fiesta celebration.
Did you already experienced having a fiesta celebration in your place/ How do you respond to a certain fiesta?

yeah.. i think we are the same from the Philippines.. anyways here in my place, in Mindanao.. we celebrate it by first going to the church to give thanks to the Patron for the blessings He gave us the whole year.. then there's beauty contest and singing contest.. also there's like "palarong bayan". and mostly almost all the household here have their foods on their table along with "litsong baboy".
