Wouldn't it be nice to get a reminder occasionally of just how amazing a life you have? Keeping a gratitude journal, expressing gratitude for a friend's kindness or a neighbor's thoughtfulness is good for you and them. Being grateful and expressing it can improve your life in many ways. Here are just afew: * Promotes your hormonal health. Positive focus on emotions can reduce the stress hormone Cortisol. * Helps to reduce stress, helps you to sleep better, and improves self esteem. * Strengthens relationships. Helps you to feel more connected and have better intimate relationships. * Brain and heart harmony. Synchronizing a smooth and steady heart rhythm with mental clarity because they are in constant communication with each other. This can reduce the risk of heart trouble.

@celticeagle Counting your blessings Is definitely the way to proceed. It’s great to just contemplate even the smallest good things like the ability to jettison your waste and let the wonder of it blow your mind.
