Every person was given their own gift. Meaning God gave persons talent to shine and it's up to the persons whether to allow their talent to shine. Some seem to be frustrated for many reasons. Perhaps some aren't confident enough to allow their talent or gift to shine. There's is joy in knowing that God has a plan for each and every person.
