Just fed up!..

Seriously how one would react when you cant be able to make call or use data services provided by the company.. Off course one would be very angry as many important call are missed. I'm unable to make calls and use data services for an hour.. As soon I receive a call it automatically gets disconnected. And when I call customer care it was also automatically ended thrice. I'm just about to burst now.. I'm if I can't be able to use that service why I'm using that provider..I'm must update it with other.. Hope your day is going.. mine is just annoying

@mohit459 Oh, I am not very good at Indian cell phone providers, but yes, we had experience with Jio and it is an extremely stupid and irritating thing! leave them

my phone sometimes has no signal. i would turn it off then off. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. i guess it's erratic because it's old and maybe needs a new battery, too.

I am sorry if you are experiencing that, I would call the customer service and probably yell at them for bad service.

Maybe you had a poor connection that's why you get disconnected all the time. Have you talked to them?

I have called them 5 times.. I talked with their senior, she said there is no problem from there so if same problem exist but a duplicate SIM of same..
