My mom's back neck is aching

I take her BP this morning and it's 120/60. She really seems worried something bad might happen to her. I told her not to worry. She says the pain is really bothersome and worrisome. I hope the pain fades away and she can back to normal and finish the laundry she is doing

Well I hope she feels better soon. Maybe she just needs to rest and not overdue it, laundry can wait another day.

is that her normal bp? then maybe let her rest and do the laundry for her. if it gets worse, then take her to the doctor.

Does your mom spend lots of time on a phone or computer? I heard some news recently that those who overuse tech products that make them bend over, experience a lot of head and neck aches. I hope she feels better soon.
