Sad to see another Tenant Go

Philippines

Things were so going well last year when they first moved in. Though she getting sales but things slow down right after. Then last month of the year her staff started quitting, kid got sick and death of family member. I guess it was too much for them, they couldn't go on anymore. Recently they unpack and left the place, it was a sad night. She even taught me how to compute for the sub meter.

@prashu228 Well, they're not paying rent anymore and they're having more expenses than income.

Hello @ridingbet well, she immediately found a new commercial space. However they won't vacate it yet because of the trouble with drainage.

@Letranknight2015 oh, the drainage. i think that is one problem of commercial spaces. that is also a problem here in my city--- drainage is done when it is raining. why don't they do it during summer?

One negative aspect about losing a good tenant is that you never know who will replace them.
