@Raj7779 It is very common here, but we don't take milk into our tea.

I can't drink full fat milk because it gives me a stomach ache but I drink half fat, not on it's own but in drinks like tea or coffee.

@Raj7779 When I was at primary school we were made to drink it and I really didn't want to. I hated the taste of the cream on the top. I've never really liked it since then.

As a child, I sometimes used to drink chocolate milk as well as coffee milk.

The only time I have milk is when I'm eating cereal for breakfast. I add lowfat milk to the bowl of cereal.
And since I don't drink milk at any other time, I eat a small container of yogurt a few times per week in order to include more dairy in my diet.
