Batik is a pattern from my country. Now, this pattern appears in the rose.
I'm lucky to have this species of rose as it is a little hard to find in my place. The picture is my Batik rose tree. I took the picture last night.
My Batik rose tree is still small, but has started to produce its flower.
The rose looks gorgeous .

I use to wear my favorite " batik" shirt given to me by my late father when he visited your country, it's a very beautiful hand dyed pattern of a bird
Batik is very popular in the South of our country and the word itself means " spotted " in Pilpino.

Ohh.. Thank you for sharing this information. Batik is beautiful, indeed. But it needs extra attention while washing or ironing it.
