Favourite filling for a jacket potato

I love jacket potatoes because they are so versatile. (some people call them baked potatoes). They are good for you and there are so many fillings you can add along with a little side salad. You can cook them in the oven for a crispy skin or put them in the microwave for quickness.
Do you like them and if so what is your favourite filling? Mine is just a little butter and cheese melted on the top or tuna mayonnaise.

@sprite1950 If and when I use bacon, it is only after having it drained from the fat and only in tiny pieces, just to give some taste.

@marlina I don't eat bacon that often but it is quite fatty but I daresay the odd occasion won't hurt

I love potatoes in any form. We make stuffed potatoes sometimes. They are potatoes stuffed with hamburger meat, onion, bell peppers, cheese, butter, sour cream, bacon, and really whatever else you want to put in it. They can also be called Philly cheese steak potatoes.

@sprite1950 They are a great food for people who love condiments. I love Chick-Fil-a's honey roasted bbq sauce and it tastes great on french fries.

@houda28 It's a large potato baked in the oven or microwave and then cut in half and filled with something nice. You can put any sort of savoury filling in it, like in the picture I have put up.
