Such unpredictable weather we're having!

Canada

I live on the Atlantic Coast of Canada and our winters here are normally cold and damp with a lot of snow to shovel. This year we had a lot of rain, and hardly any snow. Vancouver, Canada on the other hand, has had its hayday with snowfall this winter, sometimes buried up to five feet in snow. Vancouver rarely has snow in winter where it is mainly tropical rainforest. It seems like the Atlantic and Pacific winters in Canada have reversed! Done a complete 180. Not that I'm complaining, but I really wouldnt mind having two months of winter weather over the course of three days just to get it over with. I don't want it to be winter when its time to hit the beach. (If you know what I mean) All of my friends on social media who are from my area are all celebrating the arrival of spring on the 21st of March. I tell them not to expect it to come on schedule. It might say "Spring" on the calendar but lately Mother Nature has her own agenda that may slightly differ weather wise. If things continue as they are, dont expect spring to arrive until the Summer Solstice.

Spring comes when you feel warmth and see the sun.
