Why are you always wearing long sleeve?

One time when I was at the school of my nephew. One nosy kid asked me these. Why are you always wearing long sleeve? Is it not bothering you it's hot? I was caught off guard because no one ever asks me any of these. It took a minute for me to compose my answer and she was right in front of me, waiting for me to say something. So what I did to cure her curiosity. I showed him my arm where my thick veins are. And she was running away from me. I was laughing when I saw her reaction. I thought she will going to leave me after revealing to her my secret. Sad to boot, she brings a lot of her friends and wants me to show my arm to them. And I was like. What the. Kids these days are smarter and clever.

@JustBhem Yes little kids are more observing and curious. Some things they say are just the cutest or some questions we don’t even know how to answer - speechless.

@infatuatedbby And when they ask, they are so cute. You can't think of anything to say to them. And by looking at them makes you wonder children are indeed innocent.

It was none of her business why you wear long sleeves and then to bring her friends over that was horrible. Kids are smarter but I do not think that was nice that she had to bring others to see your arm.

Kids ask question adults are dying to ask but never tried too. For them, they are just curious. They can ask the weirdest question you can ever think of. I wonder what you do after the group of kids gather in front of you.
