Excelling is what individuals should desire. To be able to move forward and help others move forward is so splendid. How nice. There are so many ways "to excel" and perhaps there are some unwilling to use their skills and knowledge in order to advance further. There should be more willing to grow. Growth is so important but how many are accepting the growth? There could be some feeling insecure about certain movements. They're wanting to see replacements when there should be more willingness to succeed further. "My mind is focused on moving further so that there will be further developments and progress."
