Is posting a discussion or two every day the best way?

I normally write one or maybe two discussions a day. I don't know whether that's the best way to see those cents come in or whether it's better to contribute to the discussions of other people. I only know it's all about interaction. To be honest I often don't look at what my earnings say as I get so wrapped up in the conversations here so it's usually a nice surprise when I do glance up. Do you post discussions every day and do you think it's the best way to see your earnings rise, or is contributing to other people's discussions more productive, as there are days that I would just like to read and post on ready made articles? What's your experience?

It is your preference. Are you here for earning, or having fun. Do you like writing discussions or do you prefer to interact on other peoples discussions. It all depends on you. :) Sometimes I have a mood to write posts, whereas sometimes I prefer to just browse.

@sprite1950 I don't have a problem either way works. There are some moments when I like to discuss, but I do find myself just commenting on others more. I prefer quality discussions rather than just posting for the heck of it.

@infatuatedbby I like all of it but I just wondered whether the earning is quicker if you post discussions. If a person only interacted through the discussions of other people, would it be slower?

Without posts there wouldn't be discussions. I post a couple a day. I also do a lot of interacting.

I am not sure if it's the best way, but I am trying to write a discussion a day here, or at most two, otherwise I won't have time to interact with others if I write too many discussions. But this doesn't always happen. I think whether or not to post discussions can help us to earn, as long as someone responded to our discussions/replies. If we are active to respond to others, and we get comments from our responses, then we'll earn too. I think myLot is a good place for us to hang out, it's good whether we are creating our discussions or just responding to others', just depend on what we feel like doing at the moment.

@kaka135 Hi kaka! I am seeing so many people I know here today and it's good to interact both with those I know from other sites and with new people. I've done surprisingly well since I came back this time so I intend to stick around

I can't post one discussion a day even if I want to... I have never done more than 4-5 in a month even when the site was in its best time (2007-10)

You need to do both, but maybe not very day. I come when I can and post if I have something I want to share. Then I see what my friends are posting and respond to the discussions that interest me. I try to keep up with all my notifications if time is limited and I can do nothing else.

I've done some experiments before, I tried creating discussion every day and I tried to interact every day, for better earnings = creating discussion can boost your earnings a lot, ( but you should maintain the interaction to your discussion ) Interaction or commenting to other's discussion has a good impact as well, but not big as creating your own discussion, but interacting with other mylotter, will enhance your audience impact especially if you're going to create your own discussion.

Without others interaction one can't earn.there should be balance between both ,posting own discussions and responding to others discussions.there is no limit of posting discussions

@Icydoll But isn't it less likely that people will respond on someone else's discussion? Do you post your own discussions every day?

I don’t post a discussion every single day. But I think when you are new in myLot you have to build a reputation popular enough to get the people to be involved in your discussion. Most of my discussions have responses that are over 30 and even though I make 3-5 discussions in a month, sometimes just one or two or sometimes none, I still make it to payout. I’m here almost everyday but I interact more in other people’s discussion rather than starting my own.

@sprite1950 in order for people to get to your discussion you need to gain many friends here and become popular. Friends who like your discussion would always comment on them. The interaction helps a lot especially when you are responding to their discussions. Let your presence be felt in their own discussions. The more they get to know you by consistently responding, the more they’d want to be in yours.

@toniganzon That's interesting to know. I don't have many that reach 30 although I do post one or two discussions a day. It's hard to think of things that everyone can relate to but I think I'm getting there. I expect this question has been asked a hundred times before but it may be useful to new people.

I think everyone has their own choice how they post here. As far I am concerned I have never posted more than 3-4 discussions a month even when the site was working well for me. I remember the time when I could hardly handle even one discussion for weeks for the number of responses I used to get. By the way it's my 4th acccount on this site and I'm almost inactive for years.

Sometimes you post a discussion and nothing useful comes in . I've experienced that. Whether you post or you respond to other's discussion, the key is to be interactive.

I rarely create new posts on here, and spend most of my time interacting with others, and those pennies continue to roll in at a steady pace! Every time I log in to myLot I have somewhere around 100 notifications to catch up on, so I don't even hardly ever have time to write a new post! haha

@sprite1950 It's all a matter of preference. Some people love writing multiple posts per day here on this site; some don't write any new posts at all; and some have a balance between posting and commenting. I'll go for months without writing any new posts, and then inspiration will strike me and I'll write 3-4 in a row. It all just depends on my creative thinking at the time!

Post as many discussions as possible to earn from the responses that you generate. Its not important to only write posts but I feel that both starting discussions and involving in others discussions are important if you want to generate a good amount of money.
