Can't catch a break right now.....

It seems like I just can't catch a break. One thing can turn around and start going right but then a bunch of other things decide to go wrong. I've been sick the last week or so but I'm finally on the mend. Still have a little mucus but nothing too bad. Well, then I tweaked my back. My nephew who is wheelchair/bed bound weighs 60 lbs and I had to take him, his brother and my sister to the doctor today. Well, while carrying my nephew out to the car, I slid a little. Didn't think anything of it but now I am in a lot of pain. But I can't stop. I have too much to do. I'm probably taking on too much but most of it is for good causes. I'm going to be having a pearl party to raise money to help get new uniforms for my friend's daughter's cheerleading team. *the football players took all of their money to put towards their new uniforms.* Working on ideas and events for my town's sept carnival. I already spent $80 on prizes. Now I just have to figure out if I want to spend $150 to have a booth to sell my pearl items. ($50 each day plus $50 for insurance I have to get on my own.) I'm participating in a vendor blendor next month so I've been handing out flyers to family and friends and will be putting them up around my town to help get a good turnout. Then I found out that my town's fire department is struggling so I'm going to work with them to help raise them money. I'm going to try to see if they would be willing to do Bingo one day a week. That always brings a bunch of people in. And since it's 4am, today will be very busy. I'm about to leave to take my uncle to work then I'm going back to bed for a few more hours. Then I'm meeting someone that wants to buy my tv, along with going shopping. then picking my uncle up from work then going to work myself. 24 hours shift starts tonight. There is no rest for the wicked.

@dodo19 Thank you. I do think that I maybe take on too much at one time and then don't get the proper sleep. Of course most of the stuff/meetings I have to arrange and organize are mostly fundraisers. I just found out that my local fire department is hurting financially so I'm trying to find things that would help them out as well.

Thank you so much. I guess I'm just feeling overwhelmed by everything but I know that with being sick, everything seems alot worse. I honestly would rather be sick for another few weeks instead of my back hurting but hopefully it won't hurt for too long.

@CountryGirl31 Have you heard of White Willow Bark for back pain. Vitamin Shoppe is the cheapest I found. I too had back pain so bad I went to the doctor for it. I did a little research and found out about White Willow Bark. Vitamin Shoppe has their generic store brand that works well...100 caps for 5.99. I saw on the news when they had a specialist give you a simple back pain relief too. Both works and I do both too. The little yoga exercise is: 1. stand with your feet about 12-16 inches apart so you can squat easily with hands clasp together like a Budha. 2. slowly bend down and extend your hands between your legs (like your going to dive) and go between your legs and stay there for a few seconds like counting to 5. 3. 'undive slowly till you're back in the upright position that you started with. One back pain reliever I saw on Dr. Oz is simpler. Just lie on your back on your bed the short end, horizontal area with your head just off your bed. Stay there for like one commercial, relaxing. Then go to your side to easily get upright slowly. I feel like I stretched out a bit and a pressure is gone from your back. This site has other back pain relieving yoga: * * https://www.self.com/gallery/yoga-poses-to-relieve-lower-back-pain From the second url I also do the rocking with legs folded on my bed without holding them, this is a very simple and it works too. Caution: There are good exercises and bad ones for the back too: https://www.webmd.com/back-pain/ss/slideshow-exercises Good luck.
