Weight loss update a year and a half later

So I did two 6-week challenges at my gym's Transformation Gym back in the fall of 2016. I lost 44.5 pounds total and that was with 3 workouts each week and a restricted diet and no alcohol at all. I've been workout regularly since then (well, until the past couple of months. . . I've been less regular lately) but have included alcohol back in my life and do have my cheat days now and then. I have only gained 6 pounds back in the past 18 months which makes me happy. I've gained a ton more muscle since then and haven't been as restricted in what I eat. I do need to get a bit more disciplined in my diet for a period of time in order to shed some more weight, but I was pleased a couple of nights ago to realize that I've stayed at about the same weight that I was at the end of my Transformation Challenges.

It was a great way to change the way that I ate and get into a gym lifestyle.

That was a major weight loss. You can indulge in moderation.

Yes and it was needed. I need to lose more now. Time to break out the nutrition plan again and get back to being strict about the gym!

Persevere and you'll get to your goal. What is your goal as to losing weight by the way?

Well good for you. Keep up that great workout. I know that once you gain muscle you can also cheat some and it does not affect you so much. I guess that is what they call the trim and firm body.
