It's coming slowly but surely. About six weeks after planting this Amaryllis bulb it is showing signs of blooming. It started from a packaged bulb I purchased and came with its own pot and soil. Just put it together and watch it grow. It's been a pleasure to watch it grow day after day and experience the wonder of nature right in my living room, especially during the cold winter months. Can't wait to see the actual flowers. What's growing in your home right now?

I have a beautiful ZZ plant (zanzibar gem) growing in my house right now. They make great houseplants because they require almost no care and are very difficult to kill.

Those are the best kinds because as much as I love plants, I don't always remember to water the house plants and luckily most of them don't need a lot of attention. Would have loved to see a photo of your plant as I never heard of it.

@Freelanzer I never heard of it either until a neighbor recommended I get one. I love it, as I've literally neglected if for months at a time and it still is as green and beautiful as the day I bought it!

That would be great fun to watch the plant slowing taking shape and becoming a bud. I hope you'll post another photo once it is out properly.
