National napping day!

Happy Monday to you all. I hope your weekend was good. Can you guess what today is form the title of the post.
Today is National Napping day!! Woo hoo that is a day I can do get behind too. Guess what I did take a little nap this morning after my oldest two went to school. I jumped back into bed for a little bit and took a nap. Even my 3 year old woke up climb into bed next to me and I told him let’s cuddle for a few minutes before we went down stairs but we both end up going back to sleep till t was time to get up and bring my husband to his car.
I hope if you have time today to take a little nap even if it’s just 15 minutes a short nap does help make the day better.
