Using the phone while driving.

Each day, sadly people are being killed on the roads. I think there should be by LAW no phone-use is allowed while being in the car. It distracts, if we want or not, it takes just a second to be distracted- and others pay awful price. It's a war indeed, these car-killing-accidents all over the world.

Here in Canada if you are caught with a phone at your ear while driving you get to pay a huge amount of money. There is a law about driving and phoning just like driving drunk.

I agree with you. In fact here it doesn't allow to use the phone when you are driving. I just wonder whether these drivers really get punishment when they break this traffic rule. They should pay for it so that they will learn a big lesson and pay more attention to drive safely.
