What Have They Perceived?

It seems as though so many have altered perceptions. They're unaware of what's really going on with a person. Some may choose to guess while others may tell fibs in order to cause confusion. What's been" perceived" they've already demonstrated that they're wrong. I've thought about what needs to occur and I'm so focused on the ahead that what's being said isn't on my plate.
