I think it is a blessing to pass away in sleep / myLot

I learned a news, a famous fashion designer Givenchy passed away yesterday when he was sleeping. He aged 91. I think this is a blessing to pass away like this without pains. Then I learned he designed many classical dresses for Audrey Hepburn and those dresses are still impressive today.

yes it good in one way , recently one of my friends father passed away in sleep he was in sixties, it was unexpected as he was all healthy..

I have read the news, 91 is a good age and he was lucky to die in his sleep, without pain, without suffering.

We tend to think that this kind of people are usually very good people or they did something good in previous lives and therefore they could pass away peacefully.

@youless We tend to think the same. My father was a very goo man, he had a heart attack, he did not suffer at all.

I was just thinking about it tonight. I would like to go peacefully, without suffering at all. Just go to bed one night, not soon though, and just pass away.
