Who am I? Why am I on Mylot?
When i was growing up, I found I had a knack for art. I was always creating something out of nothing, my mind and eyes having fun with the little things in life, drawing something I had seen. Photography never interested me until much later in life. I am thirty-two and started taking it seriously just a few years ago. I am faithfully committed to a great camera and have taken countless pictures during this time..
I joined this site for several reasons, but, I will just get to the "brass tacks" as they say. I believe I would be titled as an amateur photographer. But is any artist really an amateur? Its all in the eye of the beholder. In the future stages of this site, I will still look back and view the beauty of what I had seen in the world, with my eyes, angle and creative style.
In saying that, I am not seeking mass hype, hits or views from this. My purpose is to simply have a domain where I can archive my work properly and as the added bonus, of having some of the world view my work, as well as making some money on the side.

I adore photography, I am not much one to take pictures, but I do enjoy looking at it and appreciating it. Photo was probably one of my favorite classes in high school.
I hope you enjoy the little extra cash you can earn here and just have some fun!

@iiiPhotography I like this one because no one knows I'm on it. So if someone is irritating me, I can rant and earn money haha it is a win win! And I can just really get my feelings out and even some wisdom from the older folks.

It's alot of fun actually. Its fun bring interactive with others on here. I use alot of other social sites as well. But I'm really liking this one for its mini blogs

You can start your own Pinterest board if you want and share your articles that you post here at myLot so others can enjoy looking at your photographs that you post. It costs nothing to join Pinterest. Many artists actually display their artwork and crafts and even sell their work. Also, you can consider Pixabay if you want to share some of your photographs for public domain for no profit but you will reach a larger audience in that way. I once was a member of a site called Webshots and if you want I can put a link here for you to look at.

@iiiPhotography , well good. I found out that a famous child artist displayed their images of Jesus on Pinterest at one time but her prices were way out of my range. I was lucky enough to download one pic she did before she became famous. LOL

Even though I will never earn a living from posting here, getting paid something is better than getting paid nothing. LOL! That is what attracted me to myLot. I am also a Photographer, Abstract Artist, a writer and I love being able to share my work here. Besides, This site is also pretty fun and I am enjoying the connections I am making.

Photography is something that I love so much, but don't know how to get good shots. I have read some online articles, none actually helped.
I envy good photographers, if I come and contact with them. Like, I went to an international function, and I was shocked to see that it was a lady that covered the event. When, she showed me the pictures she took of me, I could barely recognise myself. The picture was everything perfection. I wish to learn tho!
