Malachi Fronchak, 6, started a lemonade stand in Kokomo Indiana as a way to earn some money for his allowance and to assist the law enforcement officers by offering them free lemonade as a way of thanking them for their service in his city. Jason Fronchak who is the father of Malachi has mentioned that his son wants to a law enforcement officer when he becomes an adult. I have to give it to Malachi's parents who assisted him in to find a way to raise money for law enforcement officers who perish in the line of duty by raising funds for the family of Kokomo Police Officer Jacob Pickett who passed away last Friday while he was chasing down a suspect. With the support of his community, Malachi is using his lemonade stand to raise funds for families who lost first responders and law enforcement officers in the line of duty.

What an inspiring young kidlet. People say that the new generations are just going to make this work fall apart, but I keep hearing these stories and our future is going to be so bright and full of love and care.

I feel the same way since the television shows and news report show kids playing with their toys. Thank goodness there are some children that care for people that look out for them.

@Deepizzaguy Instead of the media making it seem like children are getting dumber because of being exposed to electronics. No, they are learning faster and it is amazing.

That's so inspiring and beautiful. I hope some Scrooge-type politician doesn't come along and force the kid to get a business license (that has happened in places in the past: a kid was doing something good, and some alderman decided to get his 15 minutes of fame the wrong way).

It is an amazing story that a six year old child admires law enforcement instead of sports stars or celebrities.
