1.This airlines beat the crap out of a doctor who is a payed customer so his seat can be given to an employee. 2. This airline got a customer hospitalized because he got stung by a scorpion! yes a scorpion inside the plane. 3. This Airline evicted a woman from her sit because a VIP paid employees so he can get her seat. 4.United Airlines also have negative reviews for having rude employees. Seriously this airlines had so much controversy, I wonder why they are still in business. Now United Airlines killed the dog of a passenger. The employees of United puts her dog at the overhead bin instead of the pet area.
A dog in a carrier bag died on a United Airlines flight after a flight attendant told the owner to put the bag in an overhead bin. Now, the airline is apolog...

I heard this news last night. The dog master was crying when he knew this news. Even if I am just a foreigner, I still hear so much bad news about United Airlines. I think you know more about it than me. I also doubt why people still use this airlines. Perhaps they offer better price or there are no more choices? It seems that United Airlines hasn't learned the lessons yet and therefore there will be still bad news about them one by one. I think I will not choose this airlines unless there is really no choice.

It is apparently one of the most affordable airlines out there. I will make sure I will never get too poor to the point United is the only airline I can afford.

What they do is not something that is to apologize. What has to be done is not to fly with this line EVER.

@CaptAlbertWhisker If people let them get away with it they will keep on doing it. It is not even an inexpensive company.

There can be several reasons why they're still in business. Competitive prices, or routes no other company has. What @youless said. People think with their pockets, not with their brains, and this is what happens. I don't know how hard it would be to boycott this company, but it must be done.

@CaptAlbertWhisker I agree that shouldn't be an excuse. If you want to keep it cheap, don't hire any employees at all, if all they do is stealing the seats of paying customers and placing dogs in overhead bins. Cool video. I'd prefer something less violent, but whatever works.

That is just Horrible, why do these employees keep making mistakes. What about those who are working honestly over there. Sure any one can curse the air lines and have it shut down, but those people who aren't being stupid at work would be in terrible state of joblessness. It's just no end to the air lines blunder.

@Letranknight2015 Maybe the employees are miserable with their job and that resonates to the customers. They need to retrain the employees on how to treat customers.

I have read that this is not the first dog to die on an United Airlines flight. I have always refused to book a sit on United, they are the most rude Airline Company I know.

@LadyDuck It seemed like this airlines had been getting complaints since the 90's. I had seen some negative reviews from 1997.

Truly i would think they need to wake up and show some better Customer Service skills before more people want to quit flying with them. They used to be a Good airline to fly with.
