Back from the gym

This afternoon, it still was crisp with temperatures in the 30s and the wind chill in the 20s. At least, we had an extra hour or two of sunlight before it went down. For class, we had a small one, perhaps due to the storm. No Amanda and no Sara. But we did have 2 newbies and had time to do some extra meditation. Here's what new poses we did in class along with our sun salutations and other stretches: 2 Half Torso Twists (1x/side) 2 Partial Chair poses (1x/side) 2 Pyramid Poses (1x/side) 2 Crescent Moon Stretches (1x/side) Bonus pose from the yoga fan: 2 side angle pose (1x/side) Then we did the extra meditation at the end. That's about it for now.

Exercising is great. The exercise that I've chosen to participate in is dance. Oh how I Tanikka Paulk love to dance.
