So making my way back, I'm on the laptop so if there is mistakes sorry. I ended up at the ER on the 8th and had emergency surgery on the 9th after they got my hemoglobin up with 6 bags of blood. Not much fun but now time to heal. Now just trying to relax and heal. Sitting can be a pain and I seem to have decided to swell up from all the IV fluids so that is fun too. However I am alive and will get better day by day. I'm also so glad to be back. Everyone is okay and that is my happy spot. Now to go see what all you have been up to. OHHHH our weather is horrible right now, more snow and more snow, ugh! Mother Nature needs a pill!

@Ithink I promise, you WILL NOT regret it. I did not have an emergency, but did go in to have fibroids and partial hysterectomy then they find out I had endometriosis. Scared hubby because the surgery took so much longer than he was told. That was seventeen years ago.

@GardenGerty Well I'm feeling pretty good, just afraid to take the binder off. haha! Wasn't thrilled to have to be cut open but at least doing good with it. They went thru the bikini cut from having the twins 27 years ago. Hmm just realized it was this month on the 5 that long ago I went thru the C-section.. lol Now to get my iron up, was a 5.1 hence the emergency.

Awww thank you! I wish you could be taken care of, I have to say it was so scary but I'm glad that they just did it. Hubby told them if you just schedule it she will back out. I probably would have as I was scaring myself with the what ifs. Well the what ifs turned into bleeding out and going into shock! I was stupid but .. Now to get you done and we both can be healthier.

@Srbageldog I'm kinda happy now that it all happened that way as it was forced and no choice. I couldn't back out or just not go to the doctors. I was just that scared of going under the knife and the healing. Now you need to heal from the ankle break and get done.

@Ithink I'm glad you got it done...that is so scary that you went into shock from bleeding out! I'm sorry it took that happening for you to get the surgery you needed, but am glad that you did get it done and are now on the mend.

I ended up with an emergency TAH .. and working on being better, building my iron up but not feeling to bad, surprised myself on how I'm feeling even. Haven't even taken the pain killers they had me get!

Well I guess I could have been close to that door, went into shock from blood loss. When they got me tested my HGB was a 5.1. Happened so fast thou. They wanted to do a D&C but that failed so had hubby sign for an emergency TAH while I was out already in surgery. Sneaky guy!! lol Ye day by day now. The worse for me is the swelling of the legs. They over did it with the IV and I swelled all over. Had to fight for them to stop it all.
