Humane Society To Weigh In Soon On This Issue

A teacher at one of the Boise schools here locally actually fed a live sick puppy to a snacking turtle. The local Humane Society is going to weigh in on what they are going to do to this person later today. I am appalled. Can't believe a teacher would do such a thing.
