Can a shower be a remedy for stress

I am talking about hot shower not bathing on water tub. If I feel stress I used to take hot shower so after I feel better .This was because your mind get relaxed after taking hot shower. The same concept is used in spa treatment. After all sleep drives to be brisk. What about your views?

@Lignitecityabishek96 yes it is.But not too long in the hot shower .!5 min.is plenty.Hot showers drys your skin.

I love a shower to wake me up fully and it definitely destress me. But I shower hot, then rinse in very cold water..I love it.

@Lignitecityabishek96 Only a few times because it is expensive here. But I was at an event in February which was a 90 minutes long yoga class and then 2 hours of spa. It was so relaxing. I felt that all my problems went away.

I don't know about hot shower, but I take normal shower to feel relaxed especially after coming to home from office

Yes,I used to take hot shower after my office .Then I usually take ten minutes nap.That's helps me to reduce my stress.
