Long arm of the law catching.

The foulmouth boasted having his first kill as a teen. For the duration of his mayoralty in a province south of the archipelago, he reigned with impunity, allegedly employing a death squad to carry out the killings if he has not the luxury to do it himself. Most puzzling of all, that despite the sinister character, he did rise to power. With the same style and lingo he instilled fear, profiled the poor and eradicated them, young and old. Today, though, he changed gear. A lower gear. He wants to sever ties with the International Criminal Court. For what reason? The ICC of which the Philippines is a member, is investigating his criminal activities. Is it true then? For no innocent would run away from a fight to defend one's honor. Please advise. Is the long arm of the law catching up?

It would be wonderful if it was and this man was going to be forced to face up to his crimes.

@jrlcentral In cases such as this, the place, the radio station, and the people involved must be mentioned. Otherwise, this is nothing but cheap talk. or what is often called baloney.
