A cat that was in the South Park Neighborhood that had a jar stuck on his head was rescued by the Homeless Cat Management Team recently. The kitten was hiding under a shed when the cat rescue team was able to trap the kitten. Shortly after the cat was captured by the cat rescue team to be taken to the Companions First Care Veterinary Clinic where the medical staff will be able to remove the jar from the head of the kitten whose gender is not clear what it is. Melissa Tush Cardillo who is an employee at the clinic was able to remove the plastic jar from the kitty's head. The kitten will be up for adoption and given the name Jar Kitty. How the kitten got his or her head stuck inside the plastic jar is unknown at this time.

Perhaps the cat smelt something nice in the jar. I'm glad he was caught and rescued.

The kitten probably smelled peanut butter or some kind of food, inside that jar.

Cats can get into very small areas. Being so curious they do tend to get themselves into trouble.

Probably the kitty was looking for something to eat in the jar.
