I had this awesome cat that was super smart. Named Radar, She was boss of everything of the marsh, the cats, dogs, us, and even the horses.. She was also my little guardian... One day I go into the barn to feed the horses.. The Young Belgians come galloping full speed excited. They were like little puppies, nibble on you and were playful. My little guard cat thought it was an attack.. So I witnessed her jump up onto the horses bridal, hang on and gently with her hind paws she kept kicking the horses lower lip over and over. The horse ran around in circles shaking his head bucking trying to shake the silly kitty off its face. It then stops and looks at the electric fence.. The horse runs at the fence and Radar leaps over the fence.. poor horse zaps itself on the two volt fence takes off running back down the lane with the other horses.. Radar licks her paws three times, then does this I'm bad little strut over to me and sits at my feet. I said awe Radar, Be nice to the horses.. They will not hurt me.. She was all purr purr purr... She definitely was a little guard cat. Her and horses had fun chasing each other around the pen .... I just did the illustration to help people understand a little better how my cat was on the horse.

That must have been absolutely hilarious to watch (but probably not so much fun for the horse.)

She was playing with the horse for sure she did not have her claws out when strumming the horses lips with her hind paws.. poor thing though when it shocked itself.. My smart cat looped like an olympic pole jumper just leaned over and over the fence with ease... It was quite comical as the horse never seemed to notice any other cats but they would chase each other all over than horse pen and play.

@dnatureofdtrain sounds like one of those situations when you really wish that you had a video camera handy.

They sure are. They are my little babies.. and other family. I cared for wild farm cats since I was 6 years old I am 38 now and have their descendants :). So I have lots of stories to share about my awesome cat family through out the years. Glad you enjoyed :) .
