Back from the gym

Well I had a bit of a weather mix-up this afternoon. It wasn't in the 50s, when it was in the 40s. So I should've had my winter gloves and coat on to go to the gym. Somehow Weather.com had displayed Washington DC's 50 degree-weather and not my local town's temps. Oh well. Due to the nice weather, we had a small class today and no Michelle. I hope to see her next week before I go on break.
Today our class was cut 10 minutes short, due to another class that would take place in the same room for a half-hour. I think it's a one time thing. So it was nice to leave a bit earlier for the change. Today we've used the resistance bands like we've used two weeks ago with almost the same routine. Here's what we did:
2 100 Cycles (1 on back, 1 on stomach)
5 Halfway and Full Peel-ups, 3 Swan Neck Poses
5 Double Toe Taps and Double Toe Mini Circles
5 Double Leg Stretches and Single Leg Stretches
5 V-Sit Crunches and 6 Horizontal Stretches (3x/side)
3 Planks, 2 Extended Arm and Bent Elbow Planks
4 Side Planks (2 Extended Arm and Bent Elbow, 1x/side for both)
4 Warrior Three Poses (2x/side), 3 Saw Poses, and 2 Child's Poses
2 Pigeon Poses (1x/side) 2 One-Legged Planks (1x/side)
4 Arm-Leg Poses and Knee Peel-Ups (2x/side for both)
I think that's about it.
