What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I'm trying a recipe from a new cookbook that I just got: Julia Turshen's Small Victories. I'm making the Turkey and Ricotta Meatballs. To go with them I'm making zoodles (zucchini noodles) for myself and spaghetti for my husband. I will have the zoodles as my vegetable. My husband can have salad if he feels like he wants something green in his life. . . which he probably won't.
That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

No, supper for me today. I'm on rations until Wednesday when I get paid. It's been a tight month. Next month will be easier on my budget.
I had eggs twice, and potatoes once with the eggs. Also a bowl of mixed berries and two bananas today.
