Best WAVES Spot

Big waves
Philippines

Last week.. I went to a few days seminar for our agency's attendance. I was new to that place but a lot of people have a lot of good things to say about that place. Me, as a not so in love with beaches, i wasn't that excited to go.. Maybe for the purpose of my attendance only as mandated by my boss so I don't have the right to refuse but then when I saw the place, the nature beauty and most specially those big waves, I just realized I am already in love to that place.. Wow! as in I felt relaxed and so so fascinated... Fellow myLotter, meet SIARGAO, one of the nicest tourist spot here in my country, Philippines..

I was there for about 4 days and 3 nights. The foods there are mostly seafoods.. Their fishes are so fresh as well as the shells.. And i love their foods also.. Yeah i bought pasalubong but mostly is dried fish because they are known of their dried fish and "bagoong".

I'm not sure by land trip but if you take it by land trip i'm sure it will take a few days.. But try by ship via surigao or by plane manila-surigao.. Then in surigao u have to take a small ship or a Ro-Ro to travel going to Siargao.. That's it...

The waves remind me of Santa Barbara CA , where I went to Grad School. I could hear the waves lapping against the shore at night as I fell asleep!

That looks an amazing andvery beautiful location. I visited The Philippines in February this year with my two young children. We flew from Kuala Lumpur to Cebu and then we took a ferry to Bohol Island. One day I would like to go to Siargao because I am keen on tropical islands. I love white sand and green palm trees.
