How You handle work pressure?

Nowadays I am undergoing huge work pressure in my office. This is increasing my stress. I am desperately looking for some break. What about you? How do you handle work pressure in your office?

When I am overloaded with works, I will prefer to do one by one according to the importance. If any one disturbs me or insist me on anything then I get angry. Otherwise I won't take as stress.

me, I work a lot. seriously working and concentrating on the work. but usually I am working with music. and every morning before I go to work I say a short prayer.

I don't have a lot of pressure at my job... I am the only associate at my store who sells phones and phone contracts. I am also the only one who can explain computer problems, too. Mostly, people love me for the help I can give them.

In my former job as CEO of a charity I had a lot of pressure. I was waking up in the middle of the night stressing over work issues. I ended up deciding that this was not the way I wanted to live my life, and I quit. Fortunately, the charity didn't want to lose me altogether, and asked me to come back as Funding Manager. I now work one morning a week, and whilst there is still some amount of pressure in the job, when I am finished work I can come home and leave the pressures at the office till the next week.
