How Have You Been Able To Cope With A Female Boss

I work in an organisation managed by a female boss. She has a nice body build, the one many men would admire and want if she was in her thirties to early forties. Sadly, she is in her late forties and still without a husband.
What would you do with this character of hers. She shouts alot, she holler her voice on you whether you are married or single for a slight mistake or in trying to pass an instruction.
It pisses me even though she doesn't do this to me. Are all Female Boss like this?

Well I'm female and I had a female boss. We got on really well and I still keep in touch with her even though we are now retired. I suppose it's a bit different as I wouldn't view her the same way as a man. Your boss sounds a little aggressive.

yes I hate it too, that is why I prefer to work at home. Luckily she did not shout at you.

Working at home makes one lonely. But if it is working for you then it is fine however, sometimes the office drama is one to behold lol.

I have had to cope with more than one and put up with no end of things from them.
Why did I put up with them?
Because I needed the money for my Family to be able to eat and have a roof over their heads.
Two of them were always very difficult and I just had no choice but to keep quiet and keep going.
Sorry yours is like that.

Yes and I had to swallow all sorts of emotions and swallow the tears as well many many times.
When you have small children and no proper house they take advantage of it and they know it too.
Hope things get better there for you as no one deserves that kind of treatment.

So sad you had this experience too. So disheartening to see how employees are treated as non humans. Trust me it hurts but what can one do, just as one needed the money.

I do not generalize but I think mostly are. I had a female boss and she is younger around 29 and she can really be mean as hell. So what I did is tell her that her attitude sucks and she got mad at me. But I didnt mind because I quit my job a few days after.

Wow, that was so courageous of you. I think you were bold enough to tell her to her face because you had the intention of quitting.

the only time i cared what a boss' marital status was was when they were going through a divorce and took it out on the employees.
i'd quit checking her out like that,or you might not have to worry about her being your boss soon..

I generally do not thrive well with single middle age female superior due to their indecisive and mood swing.

It's normal to a boss to act like that whether they're male or female, single or married. Sometimes they shout if you haven't done your work properly.

If she doesn't do this with you, ignore it. If you tell this to her, you can be her next victim, and I am sure that you don't want this.
