The Cat who got around One year I was very sad.. I had only Two cats left and they were 17 yrs old. I had an average of 2-11 Cats from age three up until this time in year 2002.... There was one stray male cat.. I was sitting on the edge of an embankment.. and He leaped up and bit my hand.. I had resting on Moochum my grey cats back and neck.. and Stormy his sister leaped over and chased him off. Stormy, Moochum, and I tried for 6 months to chase him of.. Then next I know Moochum and Stormy both liked him... It was around this time I realized Moochum and this Tom Cat were actually buddies.. and when I got bit it was by accident.. As he was meaning to um.. yeah.. have fun with Moochum... anyone who has cats knows what I mean . L winks. Eventually he got alot well with Moochum and Stormy, and Stormy Encouraged him to eat with them out of the cat dish.. I then started to approach him and within four weeks he warmed up to me.. He was called both Tom and Socks. But others called him Mr. Bad... We all spoiled him for about a week then he took off and we were confused as to why he left us so suddenly.... Well, When he returned he brought to us six pregnant Cats.. All that did not look like him... And when the litters each were born two weeks apart.. They all had 2-4 each including my Stormy.... We went from two to 32 cats and kittens... We got attached did not want to give them up... We got approved to keep them all... And Friskies and Purina cat food was gifted to us by an anonymous donor that worked at the local catfood store that ended up closing they had the bags double bagged and cases of cans doubled sealed so they would not expire for years. So I had many many cats for many years.. Eventually Stormy and Moochum died at age 18 two years later... But the new alpha Cat Radar had taken over.. Yes, she was the guard cat.... They did good for a many of years. The catfood lasted us a good 5 yrs at least... They also get table scraps... My current cat population is 8 cats and kittens and they are doing good. Now because I had so many for awhile I started to have issues of people stealing them. But many that left her got to go home with foster children, as they left foster care back to their families..Usually I am not comfortable with doing that... But I knew they were in good hands... I have very few photos as I did not have a camera until later... even then I usually do not take a lot of photos of people or animals.. unless it is business related. I was in heaven most of the time with all those cats and kittens, but it is hard work.. and I learned to be a pro at the worming pill most took it easily accept Radar she could spit that thing 50 feet, and they were all outdoor cats with a barn, and three other shelters, a windowell, and a couple other secret underground hiding places. I love my cats and kittens.
