Playing catch up with a good friend.

I have a friend that I met online probably 10 years ago. We used to have more free time to spend more time talking to each other but our work schedules are just completely opposite now and haven't had the chance to catch up in a couple of months.
So about an hour and a half ago I decided to give her a call and see if she happen to have today off. Why she didn't have today off she doesn't have to go in till much later today so we were able to catch up on each other's lives and what's been going on. It was nice to be able to talk to her for a little bit and that little bit turned into almost an hour. Some of you know that I am not a big talker on the phone so an hour on the phone even if it is with somebody that I've known for more than a third of my life is a big deal.
I'm glad I got the chance to talk to her and hopefully it won't be so long before our next conversation.

We had a couple years where we didn't talk as much but we were connected about 2 years ago I have talked pretty much at least once a month since then

@Courage7 well people change and maybe you guys just both changed when you were friends that happen sometimes. There's people I was best friends with in high school or elementary school or middle school and I can't stand them anymore cuz they're just not good people.

I can talk to a friend for hours,over the phone and in person. You will never run out of things to talk about.

I just don't like talking on the phone that much.

I am phobic about talking on the phone. I can make appointments with doctors but I hate awkward silence so I hate talking on the phone to friends and family etc. That’s great you got to catch up with this friend if yours.
